Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, as shown on your courier tracking.
- Certain products (underwear, custom orders, face masks, and sale items) are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@micharoloft.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
- Our team will review your request and reply with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided. Please include your name and order number inside the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
- Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after your item is received and approved.
- If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at contact@micharoloft.com with photos and a description. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
